A seminar titled “Entrepreneurship” was held at Altınbaş Cyprus University. The seminar, organized by the Career Development Center of Altınbaş Cyprus University, addressed topics such as the development of young entrepreneurship, opportunities in the business world, and the strengthening of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The seminar took place at the LTL Mehmet Altınbaş Conference Hall and featured Yusuf Tekinay, President of the Young Businessmen Association (GİAD), as the guest speaker. Tekinay shared his experiences with students, discussing the opportunities and challenges encountered throughout the entrepreneurial journey, how young people can take a more active role in the business world, and how innovative ideas can be transformed into economic value.
The event attracted significant interest from students. During the seminar, emphasis was placed on the role of universities in developing the entrepreneurship ecosystem, the importance of introducing young people to an entrepreneurial culture at an early stage, and the value of collaboration between academia and the business world.
At the end of the seminar, students had the opportunity to ask questions to the speaker. The certified seminar concluded with strong participation and aimed to raise awareness about entrepreneurship while contributing to students’ career development and vision.
