Career Center
The Career Center at Altınbaş Cyprus University is an academic and practice-oriented unit established to guide, support, and monitor students’ career development from their first day at university through to post-graduation employment.
The Center plays a strategic role in strengthening the connection between education and the labor market by acting as a bridge among students, alumni, academic staff, and industry partners. Through systematic graduate tracking and data-driven analysis, it also contributes directly to the continuous improvement of academic quality and institutional effectiveness.
In addition to career services, the Center conducts applied research on labor market trends, employability skills, and industry expectations, providing valuable insights that support university-wide strategic planning.

The ALCU Career Development Application and Research Center is committed not only to graduating students, but to preparing them as competent, confident, and career-ready professionals equipped for success in a rapidly evolving global workforce.
