Registration Process
Undergraduate Admissions Entry Requirements
Applicants seeking admission to undergraduate programmes are required to submit the following documents:
- Completed online application form
- Higher/Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification (e.g., O/A Levels, WAEC, NECO, or other national certificates)
- Proof of English language proficiency: TOEFL (iBT 65) or IELTS (minimum 5.5)
Applicants without an English proficiency certificate will be required to take the University’s English Placement Test upon arrival - Copy of valid international passport
Graduate Admissions Entry Requirements
Applicants to Master’s degree programmes must provide:
- Completed online application form
- Bachelor’s degree certificate (Diploma)
- Official transcripts for all completed academic terms/years
- Proof of English language proficiency: TOEFL (iBT 65) or IELTS (minimum 5.5)
Applicants without an English proficiency certificate will be required to take the University’s English Placement Test upon arrival - Copy of valid international passport or birth certificate
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Applicants to Doctoral (PhD) programmes must submit:
- Completed online application form
- Bachelor’s degree certificate and full academic transcripts
- Master’s degree certificate and full academic transcripts
- Proof of English language proficiency: TOEFL (iBT 65) or IELTS (minimum 5.5)
Applicants without an English proficiency certificate will be required to take the University’s English Placement Test upon arrival - Copy of valid international passport or birth certificate
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Research proposal outlining the intended PhD study

- Once your application is received, the International Office or your authorized agent will contact you shortly regarding the next steps of the admission process.

APPLICATION FEES & SCHOLARSHIPS
• Registration Fee (Undergraduate) – 285 €
• Registration Fee (Master and PhD) – 245 €
• A non-refundable deposit of 900 €
• All of the costs stated above are exclusive of fees and V.A.T %5
• For Faculty of Graphic Design & Fine Arts, every academic year students must pay an additional 100 € for the Atelier Fee
• There is no additional interest for applying installment plan
• Eligible candidates are provided with scholarships from 25% to 100%
