A significant cooperation protocol has been signed between Altınbaş Cyprus University and Women’s Support for Life Association (KAYAD) to strengthen collaboration on social issues.
The protocol, signed by Mahide Ergün, Founding Member of KAYAD, and Dr. Elif Şenyücel, Director of the Continuing Education and Research Center of Altınbaş Cyprus University, aims to carry out joint activities in the areas of gender equality, prevention of violence against women, combating human trafficking, and raising social awareness.
Within the scope of the protocol, it is planned to organize seminars, conferences, and training programs for students and academic staff, provide internship and fieldwork opportunities for students, and develop joint research projects to produce scientific outputs.
This cooperation protocol between Altınbaş Cyprus University and KAYAD is expected to contribute to strengthening university–civil society collaboration and to create sustainable and lasting impact, particularly in the fields of women’s rights, social awareness, and social responsibility.
