Assist. Prof. Dr. Elif Senyücel, Head of the Department of International Hospitality and Tourism at Altınbaş Cyprus University, participated in the panel titled “The Importance of Sustainable Food in the World and the TRNC,” organized by Cyprus Aydın University on 16 October, in celebration of World Food Day.
Moderated by Prof. Dr. Hilmi Rafet Yüncü, the panel addressed the importance of sustainable food, the protection of food resources, and the role of food sustainability in building a sustainable future.
